15:32. ಕೇವಲ ನನ್ನ ಮಾನುಷ ಸ್ವಭಾವದಿಂದ ನಾನು ಎಫೆಸದಲ್ಲಿ ದುಷ್ಟಮೃಗಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೋರಾಡಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅದರಿಂದ ನನಗೇನು ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ? ಸತ್ತವರಿಗೆ ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನವಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ, "ತಿನ್ನೋಣ, ಕುಡಿಯೋಣ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಾವು ನಾಳೆ ಸಾಯುತ್ತೇವೆ.”

15:32. ನಾನು ಎಫೆಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೃಗಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಕೇವಲ ಮನುಷ್ಯರೀತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಸತ್ತವರು ಎದ್ದು ಬರುವದಿಲ್ಲವಾದರೆ ಅದರಿಂದ ನನಗೇನು ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ? ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ನಾವು ತಿನ್ನೋಣ, ಕುಡಿಯೋಣ, ನಾಳೆ ಸಾಯುತ್ತೇವಲ್ಲಾ.
